Moba Eurotubi confirms the successful completion of the acquisition, effective July 22, 2025, of SANTON SRL, a historic company specializing in the production of high-performance cardboard cores for manufacturers of plastic films and paper mills, with its operational headquarters in Villaga, Vicenza province.
The agreement, signed with the owner and director of the company, Carlo Santon, involves the transfer of 100% of the company shares to Moba Eurotubi. This acquisition enhances and completes Moba Eurotubi’s production coverage, now extending uniformly across the entire national territory, further strengthening its presence in the paper and plastic markets.
This transaction follows the acquisition of Tubicom Srl in early 2020, a well-established company in Lucca specializing in the production of cardboard cores for the tissue sector, located in one of the most important and renowned industrial districts internationally. Tubicom recently relocated its operational headquarters to a new facility in Ponte Buggianese, Pistoia province.
